Thomas is fantastic!

Thomas is fantastic!  I have done quite a few events with him in the last few months and the food has been superb each time.  Very high quality meats, beautiful, perfect vegetables, wonderful seasonings and fresh herbs.  Everything is quality with Thomas.  I have also been very happy with the staff he sends to the jobs... they are very professional, everything is cooked to perfection and they are right there to ensure that everything is served promptly and presented beautifully.  All of my customers have loved their food.
